The company was founded in 1981 by Stuart Shuttleworth and remains family owned to this day. Our business has always been focused on developing software and has grown both organically and through acquisition. We have in that time completed 10 acquisitions. We currently have 5 software businesses in the group and are actively looking to acquire further businesses that operate in niche markets.
